The Oakgrove Top-up app allows you to manage your child’s meal money balance at Oakgrove Integrated College.
GETTING STARTED
Access to the App is by invite only, so make sure you have your invite email to hand with the six digit invite code issued to you by the school.
Once you have the App downloaded and have entered your invite code your account will be ready to go and already linked to your children.
TOPPING UP
Tap on the Top-up button at the bottom of the screen to add money to your child’s account – you can also top-up multiple children in one go by simply tapping the plus button to add another lodgement.
TRACKING SPEND
Tap on the Accounts button to see all linked child accounts. Tapping on an account will take you in to a detailed overview where you can see spend and lodgements as well as a copy of the receipt from the canteen.
